Job summary

Solar Surge Australia is seeking a proactive Solar Appointment Setter in Burleigh Heads to join our warm, client-enquiry driven team. You won't be cold calling; you’ll control the conversation and book in-home consultations, with KPIs and strong leadership supporting you.

This is an office-based role (10am–6:30pm) with a base of $70k and weekly bonuses designed to push OTE well over $100k. You’ll be handling warm inbound solar enquiries, booking in-home consultations, and maintaining CRM records
