Autra Batteries Australia in Sydney is seeking a Working Holiday Visa–friendly sales rep to work at shopping centre stalls, speak with homeowners and book qualified customers for free solar and battery assessments.

Your role is to start conversations, build interest, and schedule appointments for our senior consultants. A commission scheme may apply for on-the-spot closes, with training, scripts, and daily coaching available in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred (retail, hospitality, promotions, telesales, lead gen, etc.).
• Confident communicator and comfortable speaking with people.
• Motivated, financially driven and competitive in a positive way.
• Available Thursday to Sunday and able to commit 3+ months (6+ months ideal).
• Working Holiday Visa holders encouraged to apply.

Job Description Sales Role – Working Holiday Visa (Sydney) 28 - 58/hr inclusive of super + weekly bonuses up to 2,000

Autra Batteries Australia is a fast-growing solar & battery installer, we specialising in designing, manufacturing, sales and installation of solar panels and batteries.

We’re looking for Working Holiday Visa holders who are financially hungry, motivated, and want strong weekly earnings.

You’ll be working at shopping centre stalls, speaking with homeowners and booking qualified customers in for free solar and battery assessments. You’re not expected to close the full sale on the spot — your role is to start the conversation, build interest and book the appointment for our specialist team. But you will unlock a new commission scheme if you closed a deal on the spot.

What you’ll be doing

• Qualifying interest and booking appointments for senior consultants
• Working towards clear daily/weekly targets with coaching and support

What you’ll get

• 28 - 58/hr base salary incl. super
