Smart Solar is growing ourUpper Coomera appointment-setting teamand we're looking for reliable, confident people who enjoy speaking with customers and want the opportunity to earn well.

Your role is simple:speak with homeowners, spark their interest in solar and battery savings, and book qualified appointments for our sales consultants.

This is appointment setting — you are not required to close the sale.

You'll speak with homeowners about how solar and battery systems may help reduce their electricity costs.

Make outbound calls to homeowners

Have genuine, confident conversations

Identify customers who could benefit from solar and battery

Book appointments for our solar consultants

Accurately record customer and appointment details

Consistently hit daily and weekly targets

No solar experience is required — full training is provided.

Monday–Friday | 10:00am–5:00pm | Saturday Shifts Available

$35+ per hour base rate

Uncapped commissions paid weekly

Our setters currently average around3 sales per week, thats $600 extra per week in bonuses

Consistent Monday–Friday hours starting at 35 hours per week
