Expect full training, a supportive team, and a target-driven environment across 40–50 clinics nationwide. A reliable home workspace and strong internet are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume or high-ticket phone sales.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Reliable, coachable and punctual with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with warm leads who enquired.
• Qualify prospects, handle objections, and book qualified appointments that show up.
• Guide potential patients through the decision-making process with empathy and confidence.
• Hit daily call targets and maintain strong show-up rates.
• Work closely with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality.
• Track all activity in the CRM (Close).
• Log in on time every day with no excuses.
• Follow the established process and debrief with the team.
