The role requires proven outbound experience, comfort with AI tools and Dynamics CRM, and a relentless focus on quality over volume.

Qualifications

• Must have proven outbound B2B sales / BDR / appointment setting experience.
• Strong ability to qualify prospects and book high-quality meetings that convert to revenue.
• Experience using AI tools and CRM systems to drive conversations and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Prospect into SMEs using AI-enhanced targeting and sequencing.
• Lead structured qualification conversations to secure meetings for BDMs.
• Utilize AI dashboards and CRM data to optimize show rates and appointment quality.
• Maintain activity levels and demonstrate momentum in outbound programs.
