Role Description

The Appointment Setter role is a full-time, on-site position based in Robina, QLD. In this role, the team member will contact prospective leads, introduce AMZ Product Launcher’s services, and schedule qualified appointments for the sales and coaching team. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, responding to inbound inquiries, updating appointment calendars, and accurately recording lead information in the CRM. The role also involves following up with interested prospects, confirming appointment details, and ensuring a smooth transition from initial contact to consultation. Collaboration with the sales team to refine scripts and improve lead quality, as well as delivering professional and courteous communication, is central to the position.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling to manage a high volume of calls and bookings efficiently.
• Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills to identify, qualify, and nurture prospective clients interested in Amazon product launch training.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to engage prospects clearly, build rapport, and convey information professionally over phone and email.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to provide a positive experience, address basic inquiries, and represent the brand courteously.
• Relevant experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or call center environments is beneficial.
