Job summary

The NSW Ministry of Health invites applications for an Application Support Officer within the Mental Health Review Tribunal in Sydney. You will support, maintain and enhance the ReadyCase case management system and provide frontline ICT support to staff and Members.

Working in a collaborative team, you will monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues, manage user access and security, and engage with vendors to drive system improvements and project delivery in a government ICT environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting business applications, client management systems or case management systems.
• Excellent customer service and responsive user support.
• Sound troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities in a complex ICT environment.
• Technical capability across software applications, system administration and user access management.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for the Tribunal's business applications, including monitoring, troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
• Manage user access and maintain system security configurations.
• Coordinate with eHealth NSW, software vendors and service providers to manage incidents and upgrades.
• Assist with testing, change management and reporting activities.
