NSW Health's Mental Health Review Tribunal is seeking an Application Support Officer to maintain and enhance the ReadyCase system and provide frontline ICT support to staff and Members. This role requires strong application support, troubleshooting, and collaboration with vendors within a public health ICT environment.

You will monitor and resolve system issues, manage user access, and help with testing, change management and reporting to ensure secure, reliable technology for decision-making

Formación

• Experience supporting business applications or case management systems.
