We are searching for enthusiastic and motivated Application Support Officer to join the Mental Health Review Tribunal. This new position will be responsible for supporting, maintaining and enhancing the Tribunal's business applications and new case management system, ReadyCase, while providing frontline ICT support to Tribunal staff and Members. The role acts as the primary point of contact for system, hardware and software issues, ensuring reliable technology services that support the Tribunal's operations and delivery of its statutory functions.
As an Application Support Officer, you will provide day-to-day support for the Tribunal's business applications, including monitoring, troubleshooting and resolving system issues, managing user access, and maintaining system security configurations. You will work closely with staff and Members to ensure the ReadyCase case management system operates efficiently and continues to meet business needs.
The role also involves coordinating with eHealth NSW, software vendors and other service providers to manage incidents, implement system upgrades and contribute to ICT projects. You will assist with testing, change management, business process improvements and reporting activities, helping to identify opportunities to enhance system performance and service delivery.
Working within a small and collaborative organisation, you will develop a broad understanding of the Tribunal's operations and contribute to technology initiatives that support critical decision-making processes across the mental health system.
