Job summary

SKL Technology in Canberra is seeking multiple Application Support Engineers to maintain critical enterprise software by ensuring availability, reliability and performance. You will provide Level 2/3 support, perform monitoring, and contribute to continual improvement of operations.

The role involves troubleshooting, incident and vendor management, patch and change deployment, and creating technical documentation to support Level 1 teams.

Qualifications

• Experience providing L2/L3 support for enterprise apps.
• Strong systems administration and monitoring skills.
• Proven incident and vendor management experience.
• Ability to follow change management processes.
• Proficient in T-SQL and PowerShell scripting.
• Experience creating technical and operations documentation.
• Support for project delivery and testing activities.
• Commitment to security, quality, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2/3 support for enterprise applications.
