Job summary

VGW is seeking an Application Support Specialist in Sydney to bridge the Service Desk and Systems Administration. You will oversee application packaging, SaaS integrations, and end-user compute management while empowering the wider IT Services team.

The ideal candidate has Proven experience with Microsoft Intune (MDM/UEM), SaaS platform integrations in a cloud environment, and a background as a Senior Service Desk Analyst or EUC Engineer.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Microsoft Intune (MDM/UEM) and application packaging.
• Experience supporting SaaS platform integrations in a cloud-first environment.
• Background as a Senior Service Desk Analyst, EUC Engineer, or similar role.
• Strong communication skills with mentoring experience.
• Exposure to enterprise apps like Okta, Slack, Atlassian and cybersecurity best practices.

Responsibilities

• Application packaging, configuration, and deployment across end-user devices using Intune.
• Reviewing and supporting SaaS apps to ensure secure, reliable integrations.
• Escalation point for complex issues and mentoring the IT Services team.
• Collaborate with global teams and security stakeholders to align endpoint configurations with governance standards.
