Job summary

VGW is seeking an Application Support Specialist to join our Technology team in Perth. You will bridge the gap between Service Desk and Systems Administration, overseeing application packaging, SaaS integrations, and end-user compute management.

Collaborate with global teams and security stakeholders to align configurations with governance standards, while mentoring the IT Services team in a cloud-first environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience with Microsoft Intune (MDM/UEM), application packaging and software deployment.
Hands-on experience managing and supporting SaaS platform integrations in a cloud-first environment.
Background as a Senior Service Desk Analyst, EUC Engineer, or similar technical role in MSP or cloud-based org.
Strong communication with mentoring track record for team members.
Exposure to Okta, Slack, Atlassian and cybersecurity best practices.

Responsibilities

Application packaging, configuration, and deployment across end-user devices using Microsoft Intune and UEM.
Reviewing and supporting incoming and renewing SaaS applications to keep integrations secure and reliable.
Escalation point for complex issues while mentoring and upskilling the IT Services team.
Collaborating with cross-functional global teams and security stakeholders on endpoint governance.
