Experience with SCCM/Intune technologies and trends.
Experience supporting enterprise-scale multi-domain Windows environments.
Ability to provide incident and change support in a 24x7 service model.
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation.

Responsibilities

Provide Incident, change support for Windows servers in a 24x7 service organization.
Support enterprise-scale multi-domain Windows environments across multi-hosted platform environments.
Use monitoring tools to oversee multiple Windows systems within a defined support operations area.
Utilize reports or create custom reports to perform capacity analysis and troubleshoot issues proactively.
Implementation and assessment of Management Suite, resolving issues and handling data networks.
Installation, assessment and testing of desktop software applications.
Resolve technical issues and document resolutions.
Extract and drive values from end-user analytics tools like Aternity, Nexthink.
Supervise junior desktop support engineers and create training guides.
Establish workstations, assess connectivity and functioning.
Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues.
Install connections, computer networks, and cabling for clients.
Troubleshoot system failures, identify bottlenecks and improve network efficiency.
Configure and test software, maintain hardware and peripheral devices.
Evaluate network performance and identify improvement methods.
Schedule upgrades and maintain them without interference.
Provide technical expertise to co-workers and create instruction manuals.
Maintain stakeholder relationships and handle escalations as first contact.
Lead stand-up meetings and weekly governance meetings, provide summaries of key activities.
Prepare weekly, monthly reports using ITSM tools like ServiceNow and convert findings into initiatives.
Identify automation opportunities and drive initiatives for client and supplier organizations.
Create, update and maintain SOPs and knowledge documents for deployment, imaging, and patching.
Perform KB assessment to keep Knowledge management mature.
Identify PowerShell scripting opportunities to address recurring tasks.
