Job summary

VGW is seeking an Application Support Specialist in Perth to bridge the Service Desk and Systems Administration, overseeing application packaging, SaaS integrations and end-user compute management.

You will mentor the IT Services team, review SaaS app renewals, ensure secure integration methods, and collaborate with global security stakeholders to align endpoint configurations with governance standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Microsoft Intune (MDM/UEM) and software deployment.
• Experience managing SaaS platform integrations in a cloud-first environment.
• Background as a Senior Service Desk Analyst, EUC Engineer, or similar role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to mentor team members.
• Familiarity with enterprise apps (Okta, Slack, Atlassian) and cybersecurity basics.

Responsibilities

• Application packaging, configuration, and deployment across end-user devices using Intune and UEM.
• Reviewing and supporting incoming and renewing SaaS applications for secure, reliable integration.
• Serving as escalation point for complex issues while mentoring the IT Services team.
• Collaborating with cross-functional global teams and security stakeholders on endpoint governance.
