You will work with internal teams and vendors to deliver upgrades and support, focusing on user experience and continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates bring ITIL knowledge, familiarity with Agile methods, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and a collaborative mindset to drive positive business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or equivalent knowledge and experience.
• Knowledge of ITIL service management practices.
• Familiarity with software development and testing methodologies (Agile preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with a focus on service quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Collaborative approach and commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support for City’s business applications.
• Assist with upgrades and enhancements to ensure stability and functionality of critical applications.
• Work with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to align platforms with organisational goals.
• Ensure platforms are reliable, secure, and accessible for users.
