Key Responsibilities

• Provide second and third level support for business applications
• Investigate, diagnose and resolve incidents, problems and service requests
• Analyse application logs, data and configuration to find root causes
• Log, track and prioritise defects, and coordinate fixes with vendors and development teams
• Test fixes and minor enhancements before release
• Support application releases, upgrades and post-release checks
• Monitor application health, performance and scheduled jobs
• Write and maintain knowledge articles, runbooks and support documentation
• Work within ITIL incident, problem and change management processes

Required Experience

• Minimum three years in application support roles

• Service management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management or similar
• ITIL Foundation

Security Clearance Requirements

• Must be an Australian Citizen
• Must hold a current AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance (minimum)
