Job summary

Followmont Transport Pty Ltd in Australia is seeking an Application and Integration Specialist to keep our business applications reliable, secure and fit for purpose. You will work with business users, vendors, developers and the IT team to resolve issues and deliver improvements that enhance operations.

Key duties include supporting critical systems, investigating incidents to root cause, assisting upgrades, testing and releases, and collaborating with vendors to implement effective solutions.

Your New Role

As an Application and Integration Specialist, you'll be responsible for ensuring our business applications remain reliable, secure and fit for purpose. You'll work closely with business users, vendors, developers and the wider IT team to resolve issues, support system enhancements and deliver application improvements that make a real difference to our operations.

You will undertake a variety of activities including but not limited to:

• Providing application support across business-critical systems and platforms
• Investigating, troubleshooting and resolving application incidents through to root cause
• Supporting application upgrades, testing, releases and enhancement activities
• Working with vendors, developers and stakeholders to deliver effective solutions
• Identifying opportunities to improve application performance, processes and user experience
