Followmont Transport is seeking an IT Infrastructure Support Officer to join our Head Office IT team in Brisbane. You will deliver reliable technical support across hardware, software and business systems to users across our national network.

This role combines support, infrastructure exposure and project involvement, with ownership of documentation, incident resolution and continuous improvement across a growing, family-owned transport business.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Support professional looking to take the next step in their career, combining support, infrastructure exposure, project involvement, and continuous improvement initiatives within a growing national business.

You'll work closely with our IT Support Manager, Infrastructure Team and stakeholders across the business, helping to deliver exceptional support while contributing to the future of our technology environment.

Your New Role

As an IT Infrastructure Support Officer, you'll play a key role in delivering reliable and responsive technical support to users across Followmont's national network.

You will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues, supporting critical business systems, and helping drive improvements in our IT environment.

You will undertake a variety of activities, including but not limited to:

• Providing technical support across hardware, software and business systems
• Troubleshooting and resolving complex incidents while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Assisting with infrastructure initiatives, system maintenance and technology projects
• Maintaining system documentation, knowledge base articles and asset registers
