Job summary
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Australia in Sydney is hiring an Appian Technical Lead with 10+ years of IT experience, including 4+ years in Appian development. You will provide technical leadership, mentor developers, and drive end-to-end Appian delivery across enterprise-scale solutions.
You'll design scalable Appian architectures, review designs and code, and collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to ensure secure, compliant deployments in a dynamic enterprise
Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT experience with at least 4+ years in Appian development.
- 2+ years of experience leading Appian delivery teams.
- Strong hands-on experience with Appian SAIL Interfaces, Process Models, Records & Data Fabric, Business Rules & Expressions, Integration Services (REST/SOAP APIs), Appian Deployment Manager.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Appian applications and workflow solutions.
- Design scalable and secure Appian solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to Appian developers.
- Review solution designs, code, and deployment plans.
- Drive integration of Appian with enterprise applications, APIs, and databases.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams.
- Support estimation, planning, governance, and release management activities.
- Ensure adherence to development standards, quality, and security best practices.
