Job summary

Luxoft Australia is seeking an Appian Architect with 10+ years of experience to lead enterprise Appian design, development, and implementation. You will guide architecture standards, provide technical leadership, and mentor teams to deliver critical Appian programs at scale.

You will design BPMN/Sail architectures, data fabrics and secure integrations with SAP, Salesforce, Oracle and more, while also delivering Appian RPA and AI-enabled solutions to optimize business processes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates experience designing Appian solutions on Cloud/On Prem/Hybrid architectures.
• Process Models, Rules & Expressions, Data Management incl. Complex Data Types, XSDs, SQL.
• Security, scalability, disaster recovery, and high availability solutions.
• Integration solutions using REST APIs, SOAP, Web Services, ESB.
• Strong DB knowledge with MySQL or SQL Server.
• Appian Certification aligned with experience level.
• Agile mindset and automation-focused solutions.
• leadership abilities and effective knowledge transfer.

Responsibilities

• Architect enterprise Appian solutions including BPMN, SAIL, data types, and security.
• Define scalable architecture, patterns, standards, and governance.
• Deliver Appian RPA solutions for high-volume automation.
• Implement Appian AI Skills/Agents for intelligent document processing.
• Design Appian Data Fabric with records, relationships and security.
• Create REST/API led integrations and microservices with Java/Spring Boot.
• Lead architecture decisions and planning for large transformation projects.
• Own SDLC delivery from development to post-production support.
• Oversee deployments, release management, and issue resolution.
• Set integration/automation strategies across Appian, RPA, AI, REST/Web services.
