Infosys in Australia is seeking a Senior Appian Developer to lead transformative technology strategies and deliver Appian-based enterprise solutions. You will design, develop, and deploy complex workflows, integrating with ERP/CRM systems and leveraging low-code capabilities.

The role requires 8–10 years of client-facing experience, strong leadership, and expertise with Appian connectors and Java integration.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of client-facing analysis, design, and deployment in Appian apps.
• Knowledge of automation and low-code trends, standards, and data integration.
• Experience with Appian custom development and Java integration.
• Experience leading teams and coaching junior staff.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple Appian engagements concurrently.
• Demonstrate solutions via POCs and workshops.
• Prepare estimates aligned with customer budgets.
• Maintain project documentation and tooling for reuse.
• Collaborate with Appian Customer Success Managers.
• Support pre-sales, scoping, and client presentations.
• Coach others on best practices and technical standards.
