Job summary

Talent International - Greater Geelong VIC is seeking an Application Development Lead with strong Appian experience to guide solution development and oversee delivery partners in building a scalable enterprise platform.

You will provide technical leadership for the Appian pilot, review designs, define standards, and govern integrations with ERP systems while ensuring security, performance, and reliability of the platform.

Qualifications

• 7+ years Appian development experience.
• Strong skills across process models, SAIL interfaces, records, CDTs, expression rules and data management.
• Experience building Appian integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and connected systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for Appian pilot and future platform initiatives.
• Review Appian solution designs and vendor deliverables with quality standards.
• Define Appian architecture standards and reusable design patterns.
• Guide integrations with enterprise applications, APIs and data services.
• Ensure solutions meet security, performance, scalability and support requirements.
• Work with stakeholders to resolve technical issues and manage delivery risks.
• Guide deployment and release practices and support knowledge transfer to internal teams.
