Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales support.
• Strong organisational skills with multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Experience in retail, apparel, labelling, or supply chain is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Onboard retailers and brands with local/global teams.
• Support customers with orders, pricing, and quotes.
• Coordinate projects and deployments of RFID solutions.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Assist sales with contracts and customer communications.
• Contribute to new product rollouts and customer programs.
• Provide product and technical support as required.
