Job summary

Munro Footwear Group is seeking a Retail Stocktake Specialist to lead RFID stocktake programs across our national retail network. You will coordinate stocktakes, monitor discrepancies and drive improvements in inventory accuracy.

This on-site role at our Melbourne base requires collaboration with Retail, Finance and Logistics teams, strong Excel skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to reduce loss and support audits.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating stocktakes in a multi-site retail environment.
• Hands-on RFID technology experience is essential.
• Strong analytical skills with large data sets and stock variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with inventory reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFID stocktake programs across stores and distribution.
• Monitor stocktake results and investigate discrepancies to identify root causes.
• Analyse inventory trends to improve accuracy and reduce shrinkage.
• Collaborate with Retail, Finance and Logistics to resolve integrity issues.
• Monitor key metrics and support month-end/year-end inventory reporting.
• Identify opportunities to streamline procedures and drive continuous improvement.
