Datadog, Inc. seeks a proven leader to manage the Technical Enablement Management (TEM) team across APJ, Asia, and ANZ. You will coach TEMs, shape enablement programs, and partner with Sales and Customer Success to accelerate adoption and customer value.

You will build scalable processes, develop tools, and monitor KPIs to drive ROI while traveling up to 25% within the APJ region. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on leadership at Datadog.

Qualifikationen

• Seasoned people manager with 5+ years of experience in Training, Presales, Post-Sales, Consulting, or other customer-facing roles.
• Educated in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in building scalable enablement programs and driving cross-functional impact.
• Data-driven with KPI and ROI mindset.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% across APJ.

Aufgaben

• Own the enablement strategy for APJ Sales and Customer Success, driving adoption and consumption of training.
• Coach and mentor TEMs across APJ, conducting 1:1s and performance reviews.
• Develop sales tools and enablement resources to position and sell training.
• Monitor KPIs and optimize delivery, content, and process efficiency.
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, Engineering, and Product to address urgent needs.
