Cummins seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment across professional, technical, engineering, manufacturing, and operational roles in the Asia Pacific region. You will partner with hiring managers and leaders to understand workforce needs and craft effective hiring strategies, acting as a trusted talent advisor.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, RPO, executive search, or agency recruitment.
• Experience recruiting across multiple job families and varying levels of seniority.
• Strong sourcing and talent attraction capability, including passive candidate engagement and market mapping.
• Experience recruiting within technical, engineering, manufacturing, industrial, operational, or professional services environments.
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret labour market trends and recruitment metrics.
• Exposure to recruitment across multiple APAC markets will be highly regarded.
• College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Act as a trusted talent advisor, providing market intelligence, talent mapping, and recruitment insights that support informed decision-making.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract and engage both active and passive talent.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Champion inclusive hiring practices and contribute to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives.
• Leverage recruitment analytics and market data to drive continuous improvement and hiring effectiveness.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
• Manage offer negotiations and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
• Build strong relationships across multiple countries, functions, and leadership teams throughout APAC.
