Job summary

Hitachi Vantara is seeking a Talent Sourcer / Sourcing Recruiter to support the APAC region. You will build a proactive talent pipeline, qualify candidates for culture fit and skills, and present diverse shortlists to hiring managers across Hitachi’s global teams.

You will collaborate with the APAC Head of Talent Acquisition and HR partners, using creative sourcing methods to attract top talent across sales, tech, and corporate functions, while embracing flexible arrangements and global teamwork.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in sourcing and attracting talent across APAC
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills
• Ability to engage candidates and manage expectations with hiring managers
• Experience working in global or multi-functional teams and coordinating across regions

Responsibilities

• Support APAC Head of Talent Acquisition by providing market insights and candidate experience
• Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline for the APAC region
• Qualify candidates for skills, experience and cultural fit with Hitachi's values
• Present diverse shortlists to enable informed hiring decisions
• Leverage social channels to attract and engage talent
