Job summary

Anthropic seeks a Manager, APAC Recruiting to spearhead hiring across Asia Pacific, partnering with global and regional leaders. You will build and lead a regional recruiting team, aligning local talent strategies with worldwide standards.

The role requires senior leadership, stakeholder partnership, and the ability to operate across time zones to drive growth in APAC markets, including regulatory and compliance considerations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of recruiting experience with 4+ years leading recruiting teams, preferably APAC or multi-country environments.
• Proven track record building recruiting functions from the ground up in new APAC markets.
• Expertise across G&A, GTM, Tech recruiting for multiple levels.
• Strong understanding of employment law and data privacy in APAC markets.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead APAC Recruiting operations with scalable processes across key markets.
• Manage a team of APAC recruiters and dotted-line US recruiting leads.
• Partner with Head of International Recruiting and regional leads to localize talent strategies.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and data privacy regulations across markets.
