Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Executive Sourcing Manager for Leadership Recruitment across Asia Pacific. You will partner with Executive Recruiters and senior leaders to shape sourcing strategies for Managing Directors and Partners, using market insight and proactive networking to access top talent.

You will lead discussions, challenge assumptions and deliver market maps, updates and recommendations to inform decisions across APAC.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience delivering executive sourcing or leadership recruitment assignments.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic talent advisor to Executive Recruiters and senior hiring leaders across APAC.
• Lead executive search briefing calls, defining target profiles, markets and search strategies with senior stakeholders.
• Provide market insights on talent pools, competitors, and candidate motivations.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies for MD/Partner-level roles aligned to growth priorities.
• Move beyond desktop research through proactive networking and referrals.
