Cummins seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment across professional, technical, engineering, manufacturing, and operational roles in the Asia Pacific region. You will partner with hiring managers and leaders to understand workforce needs and craft effective hiring strategies, acting as a trusted talent advisor.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, RPO, executive search, or agency recruitment.
• Experience recruiting across multiple job families and varying levels of seniority.
• Strong sourcing and talent attraction capability, including passive candidate engagement and market mapping.
• Experience recruiting within technical, engineering, manufacturing, industrial, operational, or professional services environments.
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret labour market trends and recruitment metrics.
• Exposure to recruitment across multiple APAC markets will be highly regarded.
• College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience required.

About you

College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience required

5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, RPO, executive search, or agency recruitment

Experience recruiting across multiple job families and varying levels of seniority

Strong sourcing and talent attraction capability, including passive candidate engagement and market mapping

Proven ability to influence and build credibility with hiring managers and senior stakeholders

Experience recruiting within technical, engineering, manufacturing, industrial, operational, or professional services environments

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills

A data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret labour market trends and recruitment metrics

Exposure to recruitment across multiple APAC markets will be highly regarded
