Job summary

DoorDash is seeking an Account Development Executive to own a book of business and drive revenue growth by expanding existing accounts and acquiring new ones. You will build trusted relationships with business owners and decision-makers, collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to ensure long-term success.

In this role, you will lead client presentations, showcase value, and drive adoption of our merchant-first products.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales, account management, or a similar commercial role.

Responsibilities

• Grow your book by upsell, cross-sell, and expansion within existing accounts to meet revenue targets.
• Pitch and close upsells by recommending solutions that increase engagement and adoption of the platform.
• Sell consultatively by understanding client goals and matching solutions to needs.
• Collaborate across teams to advocate for clients and drive successful outcomes.
• Lead client presentations and product demos to educate clients on new capabilities.
• Build trusted relationships as a strategic advisor to clients at all levels.
• Forecast and report with accurate pipeline records to inform the wider team.
