Bluebird in Sydney seeks a high-impact Business Development Manager to scale an offshore engineering & AI talent vertical for APAC clients. The role blends strategic account growth with enterprise sales in a hybrid work model.

You will engage CTOs and technology leaders, shape vertical plans, and build a pipeline across mid-market and enterprise logos, delivering on 5+ seat deals and ongoing account expansion.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of B2B sales experience, including enterprise or strategic accounts.
• Track record of long tenure (5+ years per role) and internal promotion.
• Proven ability to engage CTOs and engineering leaders in complex sales.
• Experience selling offshore services or India-delivered technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing accounts and win new mid-market and enterprise logos, with new clients typically starting at 5+ seats
• Sell to CTOs and senior technology leaders through complex, multi-threaded sales cycles
• Run roadmap conversations about where clients' tech stacks are heading and the talent they'll need to get there
• Build the vertical sales plan, manage pipeline and forecast accurately
• Represent our client at industry events and forums
