Bluebird in Sydney seeks a Sales Development Manager (BDR Team Lead) to run the Sydney outbound team for a fast-growing fintech. You will own outbound strategy, coaching reps, onboarding, weekly pipeline rhythms, and reporting to the Australian GM and global revenue leadership.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years closing in a high-velocity outbound environment selling to SMB/SME decision makers.
• Experience coaching or leading reps.
• Track record you can talk to in numbers: attainment, meetings booked, pipeline created, ramp times.
• Based in Sydney and able to be in the office with your team.

Responsibilities

• A small Sydney BDR team covering the whole of Australia.
• Outbound strategy: targeting, messaging, sequencing, channel mix.
• Onboarding and ramping new reps, including hires you'll help select as the team scales.
• Weekly pipeline and activity rhythm, and the number that comes out of it.
• Reporting into the Australian GM, with a direct line into the global revenue leadership team.
