Job summary

SimCorp is seeking a Lead Analyst, Client Representation in Sydney to manage first-line triage and resolution of client queries across six Securities Operations domains for APAC clients. This role works on-site in Sydney and collaborates with teams in Manila and Noida to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client success.

The position requires 5+ years in securities operations or client-facing roles, strong relationship skills, and the ability to coordinate across time zones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in securities operations or a client-facing operations position.
• Experience onboarding clients in the APAC timezone and coordinating with global delivery teams.
• Strong relationship management with client operational and business contacts.
• Ability to maintain records of client interactions, escalations, and resolutions for governance and audit.

Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve client queries across six Securities Operations domains, escalating only genuine exceptions.
• Support client onboarding activities in the APAC timezone, coordinating readiness with delivery teams in Manila and Noida.
• Maintain the day-to-day feedback channel between clients and the delivery teams, ensuring issues are relayed promptly.
• Provide backup coverage for the Principal Analyst / on-site SME function during absences.
• Build and maintain working relationships with client operational and business contacts.
• Mentor and guide regional support analysts working on client relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, escalations, and resolutions for governance/audit.
