Job summary

Breezeway Homes, Inc. is seeking an SDR to own and build the APAC market from the ground up. This fully remote role is based in Australia, covering Australia, New Zealand, and South Korea as the region scales.

You’ll help Breezeway expand its footprint in a fast-growing short-term rental segment, directly contributing to regional growth from day one. You’ll identify opportunities, qualify leads, and collaborate with the Sales team to craft targeted outreach.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a sales role or in a high-energy, target-driven environment.
• Strong time management and ability to juggle multiple priorities across a wide region.
• Proficient with CRM tools, MS Office, and Google Apps.
• Startup or scale-up experience is a plus.
• Experience in property management, hospitality, or short-term rental is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting and inbound follow-up
• Research prospective clients across the APAC region, identify key decision makers, and generate genuine interest
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to develop and execute lead strategies for the market
• Schedule and conduct online product demonstrations and webinars
• Work with channel and distribution partners to build pipeline and market awareness
