Job summary

Legora, an AI-native legal-tech company, is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Leader in Sydney to scale our APAC regional delivery across markets and offices. You will report to the Senior Director, Talent Acquisition in New York and partner with People and business leaders to translate hiring plans into execution across Australia, North Asia, and Southeast Asia.

You will lead and grow the team, set priorities, and develop direct sourcing and agency partnerships, shaping a scalable recruiting

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading in-house TA at a fast-growing SaaS/tech company.
• Experience developing talent acquisition partners while staying hands-on.
• Experience hiring across sales, technical, and corporate roles.
• Experience recruiting across APAC markets (Australia, North Asia, Southeast Asia); language skills a plus.
• Excellent sourcing and engagement skills; success in winning passive candidates.
• Ability to manage budgets and coordinate with local agencies and RPOs.
• Able to challenge hiring managers constructively and drive quick decisions.
• Collaborative style with a genuine interest in helping others succeed.
• Willingness to travel across APAC time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the TA team; set priorities and coach on sourcing, closing, and stakeholder management.
• Deliver hiring with pace; manage pipelines and ensure timely feedback.
• Build a smarter recruiting engine; strengthen direct sourcing and agency partnerships.
• Partner with business to align workforce planning with regional needs.
• Raise the bar on interview quality; enable evidence-based decisions.
