Job summary

Cummins Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment across a broad portfolio of professional, technical, engineering, manufacturing, and operational roles in the Asia Pacific region.

You will partner with hiring managers to craft effective hiring strategies and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. You will provide market intelligence, build talent pipelines, and champion inclusive hiring practices while leveraging analytics to improve hiring effectiveness

Qualifications

• College/university degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 5+ years in Talent Acquisition, RPO, executive search, or agency recruitment.
• Experience recruiting across multiple job families and varying levels of seniority.
• Strong sourcing and passive candidate engagement and market mapping.
• Ability to influence and build credibility with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
• Experience recruiting within technical, engineering, manufacturing, industrial, operational, or professional services environments.
• Data-driven mindset with recruitment metrics.
