Cummins Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment across professional, technical, engineering, manufacturing, and operational roles across the Asia Pacific region.

You will build trusted relationships with hiring managers and executives, develop sourcing strategies, and leverage AI and data to identify opportunities while championing DEI. This role offers autonomy, a global brand, and the chance to shape workforce strategies for our partners.

Qualifikationen

• College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in talent acquisition, RPO, executive search, or agency recruitment preferred.
• Experience recruiting across multiple job families and seniority levels desirable.

Aufgaben

• Build and grow client relationships by understanding strategic objectives and talent needs across industries.
• Identify hiring opportunities within transformation programs, growth initiatives, and organizational change.
• Engage with hiring managers, HR leaders, and executives to become their trusted TA advisor.
• Generate opportunities across permanent, contract, project services, and workforce solutions, tailoring strategies per client.
• Leverage AI, market intelligence, and data-driven insights to identify demand and buying signals.
• Create pipelines through proactive business development and outreach to drive success.
• Provide insights and solutions that drive business outcomes and workforce planning.
