Deepgram is hiring a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer in Australia to win complex technical evaluations, design clear solution paths, and drive adoption for strategic accounts across APAC. You will partner with Account Executives throughout discovery, POC, production launch, and expansion, focusing on pre-sales and often stepping into post-sales work when needed.

• 5+ years in Solutions Engineering or a similar customer-facing technical role.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Rust.
• Experience with modern cloud platforms and secure API design; comfortable with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proven track record leading POCs for enterprise customers and earning the technical win.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical discovery for strategic opportunities and map goals to measurable criteria.
• Design, scope, and execute proofs of concept that demonstrate value.
• Build lightweight prototypes and demos using Deepgram SDKs and APIs.
• Advise on architecture for accuracy, latency, scalability, and cost across cloud, self-hosted, and hybrid deployments.
• Run security and compliance threads for APAC and prepare crisp responses for regional privacy acts.
• Triage and debug issues during evaluations and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support.
• Create reusable assets like reference architectures and runbooks to scale wins.
• Enable the field by aligning with AEs, CSMs, and partners on demos and validation.
