Job summary

Pax8 is seeking a Project Manager – Partner Experience to drive strategic initiatives across Australia and APAC, shaping partner education and enablement. This hybrid role combines programme leadership with change management to deliver measurable value for partners and the business.

You will build governance, manage milestones, and partner with Marketing, Sales and Content to scale learning initiatives and improve operations. Flexibility to work across Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane is offered.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading projects and programmes from initiation to completion.
• Strong governance, planning and delivery expertise.
• Ability to develop business cases and success metrics.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead programmes from concept through delivery with aligned teams.
• Build and maintain programme roadmaps and governance structures.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet timelines and scope.
• Facilitate planning workshops and steering committees.
• Track milestones, dependencies, budgets, risks and delivery performance.
• Support large-scale learning, enablement and educational initiatives.
