Job summary

Vantage Data Centers LLC is seeking a Senior Director, Projects & Programs for APAC to lead the APAC PMO and oversee strategic programs across multiple countries. The role partners with senior leaders to plan, govern and deliver initiatives that achieve meaningful business outcomes, reporting progress to management and the board.

The successful candidate will bring extensive program leadership experience in fast-paced, multinational environments.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in program management, PMO leadership, business operations, consulting or related disciplines with M&A project experience.
• Demonstrated success delivering complex, cross-functional programs in a multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of program governance, portfolio management and project delivery frameworks.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes without direct authority.
• Excellent communication, presentation and executive stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of APAC's highest-priority strategic initiatives and scale M&A.
• Partner with business leaders to define program objectives, delivery plans, timelines and success measures.
• Establish clear milestones, accountability and reporting mechanisms to ensure successful delivery.
• Monitor program progress and proactively address risks, dependencies and potential roadblocks.
• Support leaders in driving initiatives from planning through implementation and realization of business outcomes.
• Report progress of strategic programs to management and board.
