Cresta in Melbourne, Australia, seeks a highly strategic APAC Marketing Manager to build and scale our regional function. You will partner with the VP International Marketing to drive pipeline, accelerate deals, and strengthen brand presence across APAC while aligning with global campaigns.

This role reports to International Marketing and offers remote work in Australia with travel for key events. You will own regional ABM programs, digital initiatives, events, and executive engagement to

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience.
• Proven success leading APAC or regional marketing programmes.
• Experience operating within a global marketing organisation.
• Strong enterprise field marketing and ABM experience.
• Demonstrated impact on pipeline and revenue growth.
• Ability to balance regional nuance with global brand consistency.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable operating autonomously in high-growth environments.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute Cresta’s APAC marketing strategy aligned to regional pipeline and global priorities.
• Translate global campaigns into regional execution plans.
• Own and deliver regional marketing plan across events, ABM, digital programmes, executive engagement, sponsorships.
• Partner with APAC Sales to drive pipeline creation and acceleration.
• Act as the primary bridge between APAC Sales and Global Marketing.
• Provide regional insights to inform global messaging, campaigns, and roadmap decisions.
• Track, measure, and report on marketing contribution to pipeline and revenue in alignment with KPIs.
