Job summary

Cresta is seeking a highly strategic APAC Marketing Manager to build and scale our regional function in Melbourne, with option for remote work. You will drive pipeline, accelerate deals, and establish brand presence across APAC while aligning with Cresta's global strategy.

Reporting to VP International Marketing, you will translate global campaigns into regional programs, own the regional plan across events, ABM, digital programs, and executive engagement, and partner with APAC Sales to

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience.
• Proven success leading APAC or regional marketing programmes.
• Experience operating within a global marketing organisation.
• Strong enterprise field marketing and ABM experience.
• Demonstrated impact on pipeline and revenue growth.
• Ability to balance regional nuance with global brand consistency.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable operating autonomously in high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Cresta’s APAC marketing strategy aligned to regional pipeline and global priorities.
• Translate global campaigns and product launches into regional execution plans.
• Own the regional marketing plan across events, ABM, digital programmes, executive engagement, and sponsorships.
• Partner with APAC Sales to drive pipeline creation and acceleration.
• Serve as bridge between APAC Sales and Global Marketing.
• Provide regional insights to inform messaging, campaigns, and roadmap decisions.
• Track and report marketing contribution to pipeline and revenue with KPIs.
