Job summary

WEIR is seeking an Integrated Supply Chain Director to lead end-to-end supply chain performance across global operations from Sydney, Perth, or Kuala Lumpur with a hybrid work model. You will translate global strategy into execution, drive IBP/SIOP, Kinaxis deployment, and enterprise network optimization while delivering service, inventory, and working capital improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, operations, business or related field.
• Substantial leadership experience in global, multi-site supply chain.
• Proven experience implementing IBP/SIOP and Kinaxis or similar planning systems.
• Experience in procurement, logistics, manufacturing or operations at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain performance globally, including planning, procurement, inventory, logistics and fulfillment.
• Drive IBP/SIOP deployment and Kinaxis adoption with governance.
• Lead enterprise-wide supply network optimization and digitization aligned to S4+.
• Embed Lean and continuous improvement to improve cost, lead time, and service.
• Lead and develop a high-performing global supply chain team.
