Weir is seeking an Integrated Supply Chain Director to lead end-to-end supply chain performance across the globe, driving a centralized, standardized, and digitally enabled operating model. You’ll oversee IBP/SIOP, Kinaxis deployment, and enterprise network optimization, shaping the S4+ transformation roadmap.

The role requires strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a track record of delivering measurable improvements in service, inventory, and working capital.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience in global supply chain, planning, procurement, logistics, manufacturing, or operations.
• Experience implementing IBP/SIOP processes and Kinaxis or similar planning systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multi-site, matrixed organizations and drive digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain performance globally, optimizing planning, procurement, inventory, logistics, and fulfillment.
• Drive IBP/SIOP governance, Kinaxis deployment, and advanced planning capabilities to improve forecast accuracy.
• Oversee Enterprise Supply Network Optimization and data-driven digitization aligned with S4+ roadmap.
• Embed Lean and continuous improvement to deliver cost, lead time, and service improvements.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing, globally connected supply chain team and drive change initiatives.
