The Integrated Supply Chain Director at Weir Group will lead end-to-end supply chain performance on a global scale, driving IBP/SIOP governance, Kinaxis deployment, and network optimization. • Must possess a strong track record of leading large-scale, global supply chain transformations.
• Experience implementing IBP/SIOP processes and advanced planning systems.
• Proven ability to drive enterprise-wide optimization and change.
• Demonstrated leadership across multi-site, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Act as an enterprise supply chain leader optimizing global decisions and driving Weir’s strategy and future operating model.
• Lead end-to-end planning, procurement, inventory, logistics, warehousing, and fulfillment activities.
• Own IBP/SIOP regional deployment and Kinaxis implementation.
• Support enterprise-wide supply network optimization and digital tool adoption.
• Lead supply chain digitization aligned to the S4+ roadmap with IT and business partners.
• Oversee procurement aligned with global sourcing strategies and cost competitiveness.
• Embed Lean and continuous improvement to deliver measurable value.
• Build and develop a high-performing, globally connected team and lead change initiatives.
• Commit to safety first and promote a world-class safety culture.
