Job summary

Weir is seeking an Integrated Supply Chain Director to lead end-to-end supply chain performance across a global footprint. This hybrid role is based in Sydney/Perth, Australia, or Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and focuses on driving enterprise-wide supply chain strategy, standardization, and digitization.

You’ll oversee IBP/SIOP, Kinaxis deployment, and network optimization in line with the S4+ roadmap, delivering improved forecast accuracy, working capital improvements, and resilient supply chains

Responsibilities

• Enterprise Leadership & Operating Model: Act as an enterprise supply chain leader optimizing global decisions and driving the global strategy and future operating model.
• End-to-End Supply Chain Performance: Lead planning, procurement, inventory, logistics, warehousing and fulfillment to deliver world-class service and improve capital metrics.
• IBP/SIOP & Kinaxis Leadership: Own regional IBP/SIOP deployment and drive Kinaxis implementation and adoption.
• Enterprise Supply Network Optimization: Support enterprise-wide optimization with Kinaxis and digital tools.
• Supply Chain Digitization & S4+ Transformation: Lead digitization aligned with the S4+ roadmap and ensure data governance.
• Procurement & Supplier Performance: Guide procurement and supplier performance improvements across the network.
• Operational Excellence: Drive Lean practices and continuous improvement for cost, lead time, and quality.
• People Leadership: Build and lead a globally connected team and foster accountability and collaboration.
• Safety First: Maintain a 100% commitment to zero-harm behaviours.
