Weir Minerals Australia Limited is seeking an Integrated Supply Chain Director to lead end-to-end supply chain performance across a global, matrixed organization. You will translate global strategy into execution, drive centralized, standardized, digitized processes, and oversee IBP/SIOP, Kinaxis deployment, and enterprise supply network optimization.

The role requires strong leadership across planning, procurement, logistics, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, operations, or business.
• Significant leadership experience in supply chain, planning, procurement, logistics, manufacturing or operations.
• Proven success leading multi-site, global, and matrixed organizations.
• Demonstrated experience implementing IBP/SIOP processes and Kinaxis or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as an enterprise supply chain leader, optimizing global decisions and implementing the company’s global strategy.
• Lead end-to-end planning, procurement, inventory, logistics, warehousing and fulfillment to deliver best-in-class service.
• Own regional IBP/SIOP deployment and Kinaxis governance and adoption.
• Drive enterprise-wide supply network optimization and inventory productivity.
• Lead digitization initiatives aligned with the S4+ roadmap and data governance.
