Job summary

Symplicity is a global higher education technology company seeking a Software Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation across the APAC region, with immediate focus on Australia and New Zealand. The role partners with universities and career services to configure solutions and ensure product adoption.

Location: Brisbane City (Hybrid – 1 day onsite). You will manage multiple projects, train clients, and provide consultative guidance on best practices while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2+ years in software implementation, SaaS onboarding, client success, project management, or similar role.
• Experience in enterprise technology or higher education/career services settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation projects from kickoff to launch and adoption for APAC clients.
• Analyze client requirements to align configuration with goals and career services objectives.
• Conduct client training and train-the-trainer workshops on system functionality and workflows.
• Provide consultative guidance on implementation best practices and configurations.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
