The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in end-to-end payroll processes and a strong understanding of compliance and regulatory landscapes. This contract role involves managing payroll processing, including terminations and quality checks. Local AU residency is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll experience, preferably within financial institutions.
• Proven ability to manage payroll compliance and risk assessment.
• Local AU residency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end payroll support in AU, including quality checks.
• Manage payroll processing and assess payroll risks.
• Implement payroll controls and support regulatory compliance.

Skills

Core AU end-to-end payroll experience

Strong understanding of exits and redundancy processes

Experience with SuccessFactors EC/ECP

Ability to work in a high-volume payroll environment

Regulatory understanding and payroll compliance
